14. General Restrictions and Prohibitions on Visiting the Recreation Base

14.1. The following is prohibited:

• consuming food and beverages in places not intended for this purpose, including swimming pools, steam rooms, hammam, baths, and other water zones;
• bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances;
• bringing weapons, including cold weapons, firearms, and traumatic weapons;
• bringing explosive, flammable, toxic, and other hazardous substances;
• bringing devices creating excessive noise levels;
• using glass containers and objects that may pose danger;
• visiting the Recreation Base with animals;
• visiting the Recreation Base with open wounds;
• visiting the Recreation Base with bandages or dressings applied to body parts;
• visiting the Recreation Base while having fever, conjunctivitis, skin or infectious diseases, or other conditions that may pose a threat to the health and/or life of other Visitors;
• presence on the territory of persons whose behavior may threaten order, safety, sanitary condition of the Recreation Base, and/or contradict accepted social norms of behavior and morality.

14.2. Bringing and consuming food and beverages is prohibited by the internal rules of the Administration.

14.3. It is prohibited to violate public order, show aggression, insult visitors or staff, or create threats to the safety of others. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the guest must leave the territory.

14.4. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, vapes, and other similar devices, is prohibited outside specially designated areas.

14.5. Jumping, pushing, and running in high-risk areas such as swimming pools, showers, steam rooms, and wet zones is prohibited.

14.6. Using swimming pools and steam rooms without following safety rules, staff instructions, and warning signs is prohibited.

14.7. Children are prohibited from staying without adult supervision where age restrictions for certain zones apply.

14.8. Littering the territory and throwing garbage outside designated places is prohibited.

14.9. Damaging property of the Recreation Base, equipment, furniture, inventory, and other objects is prohibited.

14.10. Independently adjusting engineering equipment such as showers, taps, filters, and similar devices is prohibited.

14.11. Making fires and cooking barbecue on the territory of the Recreation Base is prohibited.

14.12. The use of pyrotechnics, fireworks, and firecrackers is prohibited.

14.13. Rearranging or removing furniture, bedding, bathrobes, and slippers is prohibited.

14.14. Commercial activity, as well as photo and video shooting for advertising or commercial purposes without the consent of the Administration, is prohibited.

14.15. The Administration of the Recreation Base recommends refraining from visiting for:

• pregnant women;
• persons with infants;
• persons with pacemakers and heart diseases;
• persons with increased sensitivity to chlorinated water and chlorine-containing substances;
• persons who have recently suffered injuries, are undergoing treatment or rehabilitation, or cannot tolerate overload;
• persons prone to severe allergic reactions;
• persons with other diseases that may worsen while using swimming pools;
• persons under the influence of medical drugs reducing reaction speed.

14.16. The Administration of the Recreation Base recommends refraining from visiting water zones with mobile phones and other valuable items.

In the event of their loss or damage, claims against the Administration shall not be accepted and compensation shall not be provided.

14.17. Visitors who violate the above prohibitions bear full responsibility for damage caused to their own health, the health of other visitors, as well as related material expenses.

15. Rights of the Recreation Base Administration

15.1. The Administration of the Recreation Base reserves the right to deny entry, accommodation, and provision of services, as well as require persons to leave the territory of the Recreation Base if they violate public order, display aggression, engage in offensive behavior toward guests or employees, are in a state of severe alcohol or narcotic intoxication, or create a threat to the life, health, and safety of others.

15.2. The Administration of the Recreation Base reserves the right to deny accommodation or terminate services in the event of identification of facts of using the territory and guest houses for providing intimate services, illegal activities, or actions violating public order.

15.3. The Administrator has the right to close any zone for technical or procedural reasons.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure

16.1. In the event of disputes regarding the quality of service, the guest must contact the administrator at the reception desk.

16.2. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, the guest may submit their wishes or complaint in writing in the book of comments and suggestions located at the reception desk.

16.3. The Administration of the Recreation Base strives to eliminate identified deficiencies on-site. If elimination is impossible, the complaint shall be reviewed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

16.4. All matters not covered by the Rules of the Recreation Base shall be resolved by the parties through peaceful negotiations.

17. Final Provisions

17.1. These Rules are mandatory for all guests and visitors of the Recreation Base. All matters not regulated by these Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Administration of the Recreation Base reserves the right to make amendments to the Rules at any time without prior notice, provided compliance with the requirements of current legislation is maintained.
